As the founder, my journey into plant-based living began about a decade ago, and I haven’t looked back since. Hello, I’m Stacy M. Novak – the heart and soul behind Plant-Based Delicious & Vegan Digest. I’m a recipe developer, writer, and a lifelong learner deeply committed to the plant-based & Vegan lifestyle. I’m the brain behind Vegan Digest & Plant Based Delicious, a blog dedicated to vegans to help them enjoy their lifestyle by promoting more healthy and creative vegan recipes.

My journey began ten years ago when a personal health crisis prompted me to completely rethink my dietary choices. This transition was not only about improving my health, but also about adopting a way of life that was more respectful to our planet and its inhabitants. Before long, I realized that a plant-based lifestyle is about much more than diet—it’s a holistic approach that embraces compassion, health, and sustainability. I gradually started practicing veganism and creating more vegan food recipes for people with allergies, learning more about the nutrition and environmental impact of factory farming.

With a strong background in nutrition and a passion for creating delicious plant-based versions of everyday meals, I decided to share my journey and inspire others to discover the beauty of a plant-based diet. This passion gave birth to Plant-Based Delicious. My desire is to make it easier for as many people to adopt a plant-based diet, including picky kids, meat-eaters, or people who are allergic to certain foods.

Over the years, I’m hoping to grow this blog into a vibrant, supportive community of plant-based enthusiasts and curious food explorers. The stories, knowledge, and successes of my readers fuel my passion and inspire me to learn and grow every day
