Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the cumin, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  • In a large bowl, toss the chickpeas with the olive oil and spice mixture until they are evenly coated.
  • Spread the chickpeas out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Roast the chickpeas in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.
